Privacy policy

How Jane Isis LLC handles information in Jobsite and on this website. Effective October 15, 2026.

Who we are

Jane Isis LLC makes Jobsite, software that firms use to run their work. A firm signs up, and the people it adds sign in to it.

What we collect

• Account details: the name and email of each person a firm adds, and their photo when they add one.
• A mobile number, only when a person enters their own and agrees to be texted (see Text messages).
• The firm's work: the records, documents, calendar events, time and messages the firm keeps in Jobsite.
• Billing details, handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
• Usage and security logs, to run, secure and improve the service.

How we use it

To provide Jobsite to the firm and its people, to support and bill them, to keep the service secure, and to send the messages people choose. A firm's work belongs to the firm; we process it on its behalf and only to provide the service.

Text messages

Jobsite texts a person only after they enter their own mobile number and agree, in the app under Profile → Texts, to receive text messages about their work (for example, approvals waiting for them and a morning summary of their dates). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help; each person can also change or withdraw their agreement in the app.

We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not share mobile numbers, text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with our messaging provider, Twilio, to deliver the messages.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the service for us: Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage and the AI models the product uses), Twilio (text messages), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (this website), and Google or Microsoft when a firm connects its own accounts. We do not sell personal information.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep a firm's information while it uses Jobsite, and delete it when the firm asks us to, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Security

Each firm's information is kept apart from every other firm's and encrypted; it is reached by the people the firm gives access to and, to run the service, by us.

This website

When you send this website's contact form, ask for an invite or sign up, we receive what you type: your name and email address and, if you give them, your firm and your message. We use it only to answer you, or to set up Jobsite for your firm.

Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any host, it receives your IP address and browser details when you load a page, and it counts visits for us (Cloudflare Web Analytics) without cookies and without identifying you. The website sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Its fonts come from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads them.

Your choices

You may ask us to show you, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, the law there may give you further rights (for example in California or the European Union).

Children

Jobsite is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we post the new version here with its date.
